- Lake Ohau Quarters is exclusively rented to a single party at a time and is designed for group accommodation. Please note that minimum fees apply.
- To secure your reservation, we require a non-refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking, calculated based on the expected number of guests.
- The remaining balance is due seven working days before your arrival. We kindly request that you confirm your final guest numbers before this date.
- Should you need to cancel your reservation within one month of your scheduled stay, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a cancellation within 14 working days of your arrival, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
- If a cancellation is made within 7 working days of your scheduled arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Our standard check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out is by 10am, unless by prior arrangement. The applicable late checkout fee is $300.
- Quite Hours are between 12am and 7am.
- We are a smoke-free facility, smoking is prohibited within the building.
- Please note that we are located on a working station, and for this reason, furry friends will require prior permission.
